WhoNu? Cookies

WhoNu? cookies.  They are crispy and surprisingly yummy.  The front of the box touts:  “As much fiber as a bowl of oatmeal.”  “As much calcium and vitamin D as an 8 oz. glass of milk.”  “As much vitamin C as a cup of blueberries.”  The nutrition facts says that a three cookie serving has 150 calories, 60 of those from fat.  2 of the 7 g of fat are saturated and they have 0 mg cholesterol, 100 mg sodium, 2 g of protein, and 22 g of carbs, 3 g from dietary fiber and 9 g from sugar.  The rest of the nutrition chart (PDV) is at the right.

Bottom line: We took a chance on WhoNu? cookies tonight and ended up finding a yummy, healthy snack.
